CourtHop.org · Facility Host Terms
Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Version 2026-09
This Host Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Host", "you") and CourtHop.org ("CourtHop", "we"). By creating a facility host account, you agree to the terms below.
CourtHop charges a flat commission per confirmed booking. a fixed peso amount, not a percentage of the booking subtotal. The current rate is shown at checkout before payment and on the booking confirmation. The commission is added on top of the court subtotal. You keep the full court subtotal; CourtHop collects the flat fee separately from the player. Commission is billed to you monthly via voucher, with each voucher itemizing the confirmed bookings it covers. The commission applied to a booking is locked at the time of confirmation — future changes to the flat rate apply only to new bookings. Reversals: if a confirmed booking is cancelled and the player is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed and credited against your next voucher.
Commission is not charged on declined, cancelled, or refunded bookings. If a booking is completed and the player pays you directly, the commission is owed to CourtHop.
Players pay your facility directly using the payment details you provide (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or QR code). CourtHop does not hold, process, or intermediate any player payments to your facility.
You are solely responsible for receiving, reconciling, and refunding any payments made by players. CourtHop is not a party to the payment transaction between you and the player.
On the 1st of each month, CourtHop will issue you a voucher covering the commission on bookings completed during the previous calendar month. The voucher:
Payment methods accepted for vouchers are listed on the voucher itself. You must upload proof of payment when settling a voucher.
If a voucher is not settled by its due date, CourtHop may:
Disabled facilities remain in our system and can be re-enabled immediately once payment is confirmed. Existing confirmed bookings will still be honored.
You agree to submit the required verification documents (government ID, business registration, permits, proof of billing) and to keep them current. Facilities that fail or lose verification cannot be published or accept bookings through the Platform.
CourtHop provides a booking platform only. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising between you and players at your facility. You agree to maintain appropriate insurance and waivers.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. On termination, any outstanding commission for completed bookings remains payable. CourtHop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
CourtHop may update the commission rate or terms with at least 30 days' notice to your registered email. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Camiguin, Philippines.
